This is not an issue that should occur. In essence, condensation is caused by warm, moist air coming into contact with a cold surface, such as a window or wall. The warm air cools down quickly and releases water, which turns into liquid droplets on the cold surface.

With Solarlux’s high-quality thermal breaks in all the profiles (frames), this minimises the internal part of the frame being cold compared to the outside of the frame with new technology glass. This can also be mitigated by sufficient ventilation and heating, and avoiding creating water via humidity / other sources of moisture.

Our lead times are very variable and can change every week, depending on capacity at the Solarlux factory and the complexity of the structure regarding materials and dimensions. If you take the Akzent Plus (all aluminium) as an example, then a small simple design is circa 10 to 12 weeks and a larger or more complex design would be circa 14 to 16 weeks (correct as of 17-09-24).

These timings start from the Survey and Manufacturing Sign Off, and are designed to ensure that we deliver a premium structure that is exactly the correct size for your home and has the specification and features you require.
